It's a time of giving and receiving gifts.
Matthew 1; highlights the family tree of Jesus.1. Jesus is not the son of Adam.
His family started way back with Faith and not the deeds of men.^1 Cor 15.22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.
Coming to Christ is by choice.2. The miracles of Jesus' family tree.
Tamar; she lived a godly life. She disguised herself but, There was a purpose for something to be revealed of the plans of God.^She represented the grace of something unique.
Rahab; she was saved by God, By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace. {Heb 11.31}Ruth; she committed herself and made some declarations. When you believe in God, He will find a way to bless you.^The gospel is for everyone, no matter who you are.
