KEY VERSE 1 PETER 3 :18-22
■God is calling me and you to be a good Christian.
■Christ died and He rose again.
■There are flood waters that represent baptism., yet the same flood destroyed others.
■Baptism can not only save you but also the resurrection of Christ.
Elements of the Triumph of Christ
1.He died for our sins.
■It was a physical death that brought an end to wholesome suffering.
■For our Salvation he died, the righteous and unrighteous.
2. It was a sacrificial death
3. He died once for us all.
■He paid it once for us all.
4. It was subsitutory.
5. It was a reconciliation death.
■Through his death on the cross we are reconciled back to God.
Jesus is Lord over all the world. Do you know Him?
