Rev. Beatrice Waithaka | The Prayer of Praise and Worship
Acts 16.25 • It takes a man of faith to sing praises to God.
• Overcome the circumstances do not let it Overcome you.
• Test and trials of life come to everyone.
• How you look at a situation makes all the difference.
• We learn from Paul and Peter as they did when the storms of life come.
• Paul and Silas;
1. They prayed together. Psalms 119:79 Let me be united with all who fear you, with those who know your laws.
2. They sang praises to God. Their perspective did not change even in the circumstances. James 5:13 Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises.
3. They did not make any judgment but chose to pray and praise God. Psalms 42:8 But each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing his songs, praying to God who gives me life. 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed.

Bishop Dr. Jimmy Kimani | Where is my Honor? | I Will Honor God Pt.9
Key Scripture: Mal 1.6-14
• How we dishonor God;
1. The confrontation by not honoring the name of God and thinking there is no consequences to acts of disobedience.
• Serve the Lord and honor Him at it.
• Honor your vow that you gave to the Lord.
2. Where is God's honor in your attitude?
• Mal 1.7a In many ways, church and the service of God is like a bank. So often people come to draw from it and conclude they are getting nothing out of it. Sadly, they have put nothing in.
• Are you investing your best or your leftovers?
• Are you serving with joy or out of duty?
• Are you, potentially, even defending yourself and your service to God? If so, return to Him, and see if He won't pour out a blessing on you that you cannot contain.

Pst. Stephen Njoroge Solomon | Developing Meaningful Relationships by Enhancing Fellowship
• Christianity is relational – this refers to both vertical with our Lord Jesus Christ and horizontal with fellow Christians.
• Mounting up is all about changing levels and one key area our levels needs to change is in enhancing our fellowship both with God and fellow Christians.
1. Vertical Relationship - Fellowship with Jesus Christ our Lord 1 Corinthians 1:7 - 9 (NKJV Luke 10:38 – 42 (NIV Matthew 2:1 - 2, 9 – 11 (NKJV)
• Knowing the character/ways of God will bring rest and peace into our troubled world. And God knows we face a troubled world.
• When you know God intimately, you learn, that no matter how bad the problem/situation is, God is not only necessary; God is enough.
2. Horizontal Relationship - Fellowship with fellow Christians {Hebrews 10:24 – 25}
Why be a part of a cell?
1.In a cell you get a family/ belonging – Psalm 68:5; God sets the lonely/solitary in families.
2.Power of Unity - Gen 11: 3 – 7 (Tower of Babel)
3.Blessed to be a blessing (Gen 12:1 – 3)
4.Seeing yourself as the planting of the Lord - Purpose to bloom and flourish (Psalm 92:12 – 13 & Jeremiah 29:4 -7)
5.We prosper when we honor God’s delegated authority (2 Chronicles 20:20 NKJV & Isaiah 44:26 NIV) Romans 13:8 (AMP);8 Owe nothing to anyone except to love and seek the best for one another; for he who [unselfishly] loves his neighbor has fulfilled the [essence of the] law [relating to one’s fellowman].

Growth | Rev. Beatrice Waithaka | DCIKZ

Luke 2:52: KJV And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. We all want to grow, but how often do we actually take steps in the right direction. Jesus grew intentional with His mind, choices, spirit and community. While Jesus is God, He was also man with His human nature highlighted in this passage, and so He took steps to develop Himself and this gives us a road map. Jesus grew in four main areas: Stature, Wisdom, Favor with men and favor with God.
1. Wisdom There is nothing more valuable to our personal growth than wisdom. Proverbs 4:7, the beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
2. Stature Jesus grew up; Stature is quality or status gained by growth, development or achievement. People will work out your life with the materials you provide. We all know that actions have consequences and sometimes the greatest accomplishments are made by one small decision at a time. There is an old saying that, to eat an elephant, you must do so one bite at a time, or how about running a marathon? It just takes one step…then another... and another and all these results in amazing results.
3. Favor with God Jesus grew in favor with God. Jesus is much more than an example of spirituality. He is the Son of God, the Lamb of God, the Word of God, the Savior, and the Lord of the Universe. When Jesus is more than our spiritual example, He is never less. He modelled for us the two types of spiritual disciplines. ➢ Personal Discipline (done by yourself) ➢ Corporate Discipline (done with others)
4. Favor with Man Have you ever noticed that the more time you spend with someone, the more you begin acting like that person? It could be a personal style, the way they talk, or even just a general preference but the fact is, our friends can have an involuntary impact on our lives. Jesus won the favor of men by seeking the favor of God. It is not so important that man should be pleased with us as that God should. But man’s favor is more likely to be through seeking God’s favor than in any way. The best of human friends cannot win for us God’s favor.
For us to Mount Up;
1. We need to grow in wisdom
2. Grow in stature. Galatians 4:1-2, NLT Think of it this way. If a father dies and leaves an inheritance for his young children, those children are not much better off than slaves until they grow up, even though they actually own everything their father had.
3. Favor with God: Intimacy
4. Favor with man; Fellowship #DCIKZ #MountingUp

The Life of Honor | I Will Honor God Pt.7 | Bishop Dr.Jimmy Kimani | DCIKZ
Key Scripture: Genesis 14.17-23
• What demonstrates a life of honor in your living?
1. The life of Honor is victorious not victimized. - Lot was a victim of his foolish choices. - Abraham on the other hand was a Victor allowing the power of God to work through Him.
2. The life of honor is separated not isolated.
3. The life of Honor is focused on the provider not the provision. - Focus on God the giver of it all.
Philippians 4:9 Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing.
Then the God of peace will be with you.

Clear Ground for Ourselves | Pst Millicent Kaunda
Key Scripture Josh 17.12-18
• You have the power and authority to declare things into manifest.
• What is expected of us therefore;
1. To live in complete obedience.
• 1 Samuel 15:22 But Samuel replied: "Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the LORD? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.
• Let go of anything that easily entangles you and you will mount up.
2. To live by faith. • Josh 1.9 This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."
3. You have the power and authority.
• Philippians 4:13 For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
